New sign-in system

The new sign-in system is part of the Fall 2026 modifications, alongside the new membership module. These illustrated examples show how the site works for members and administrators. They are provided for review before the site goes live.

One ASI User ID and password signs you in to the website and store. Staff use the same sign-in screen for membership administration and the sale tools, according to their roles. The administrator role guide explains which roles allow member administration, membership sales, plant and seed sales, exports and website access.

  • Users: sign-in, account details and membership access.
  • Shopping: the store, sale purchases and membership renewal.
  • Recovery and account setup: forgotten credentials, welcome links and passwords.
  • Administrators: an overview of the staff modules.
  • Roles: staff permissions, granting access and revocation.
  • Membership: task guides for the new membership module.
  • Sales: how ASI sign-in connects to the existing sale database and store.
  • Website: how ASI sign-in connects to the existing WordPress website.

About the examples

Screenshots use fictional accounts. Grey masks cover unrelated personal information. Email images are readable excerpts of actual messages, with one-time links redacted. Open a screenshot to see it at full resolution.

Names hint at each person's example: Maya Member Example is an active member, Ada Administrator Example is a staff administrator, Leo Lapsed Example has an expired membership, and Sam Sale Example manages sale inventory.

Signing out

Signing out from your ASI account, the website, shop or any administration tool ends your ASI sessions in the current browser. You do not need to sign out separately from each service. A page already on screen can remain visible, but refreshing it or taking another protected action requires a new sign-in.

Every service returns to the same ASI sign-out confirmation, with links to sign in to your ASI account or return to the ASI home page.
